Responsibilities: manage channels (Telegram, TikTok, Instagram Reels) for offers and geos, warm up audiences and run funnels, analyze CPL, registrations, deposits, ROI, test approaches, scale via repost networks, ad buys, and recruiting.

Requirements: 1+ year experience in capping, SMM, or traffic arbitrage, creating channels from scratch, working with gambling/betting offers, understanding CPA/RevShare, video editing skills or a team, traffic on TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Instagram, email marketing
