Men's Euro Hockey League 2026/27
The 2026/27 season starts on October 9, 2026. The first stage of the tournament, ROUND1, will take place from October 9 to 11, 2026, in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
ROUND1 will feature 12 clubs divided into four groups of three teams. The group winners will qualify for the final stage of the tournament.
The EHL 2026/27 final stage is scheduled for March 24–29, 2027. This season, the final stage has been expanded to FINAL12, featuring 12 teams.

The main title contenders include leading clubs from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, England and Spain. The teams that have received direct spots in the final stage include HC Rotterdam, Waterloo Ducks HC, Old Georgians HC, Hamburger Polo Club, AH&BC Amsterdam, Braxgata HC, Surbiton HC and Real Club de Campo Villa de Madrid.
Particular attention will be on SV Kampong, who won the previous EHL edition. In the 2025/26 final, the Dutch club defeated Gantoise 3–2.
History of the Men's Euro Hockey League
The Euro Hockey League was established in 2007, with the first season taking place in 2007/08. The competition gradually became the leading European club tournament in field hockey.
Throughout its history, EHL titles have been won by clubs from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain and England. Dutch teams have been particularly successful in the competition.
Starting with the 2026/27 season, the EHL adopted a new format. ROUND1 replaced the previous KO16 stage, while the final stage was expanded from FINAL8 to FINAL12.

In the 2025/26 season, SV Kampong won its second EHL title. In the final, held on April 6, 2026, the Dutch team defeated Gantoise 3–2.
AH&BC Amsterdam finished third after defeating Real Club de Campo Villa de Madrid in the bronze medal match.
Men's Euro Hockey League 2027/28
The next EHL edition following the 2026/27 season already has provisional dates. The men's KO16 for the 2027/28 season is scheduled for September 30–October 3 or October 7–10, 2027. The dates are still provisional, and the host venue has not yet been confirmed.
