Emails become more dynamic; brands can add polls to Instagram Stories ads

Dynamic emails in Gmail

Google makes emails more dynamic and interactive. Users can now take action directly from within the message itself without visiting another website.

Dynamic emails are already available to Gmail users on the web, and mobile support will follow soon. Besides Gmail itself, dynamic emails will be supported by other major email providers like Outlook, Yahoo!, and Mail.Ru.

Polls in Instagram Stories for brands

Instagram adds poll stickers to Stories ads. Starting from April 2, advertisers will have the access to the new feature.

Advertisers can go to Ads Manager and check the box for “Add an interactive poll” when uploading their creative.

9 out of 10 beta campaigns including poll stickers saw an increase in the number of video views.
