Responsibilities: Manage casino client projects, including setup, support, development, and coordination of new provider integrations. Ensure communication between clients, support teams, and developers, test features, participate in demos, and collect feedback. Maintain knowledge base and mentor team members.
Requirements: 1+ year experience in client services, project management, or B2B/IT support, iGaming experience preferred. Knowledge of casino products and providers, client-facing experience, analytical skills, initiative, strong communication, attention to detail. English C1, Russian B2+.
