Diamond Partners is an iGaming affiliate project focused on developing its partner program and promoting gaming brands across Tier-1 markets and Latin America.
Responsibilities: identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates; developing the partner network across Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs; scaling partners to achieve target ROI; analyzing traffic quality and monitoring KPIs; developing and testing growth-hacking strategies.
Requirements: at least 4 years of experience in iGaming; experience with Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs, including Germany, Greece, Spain, and the Netherlands; affiliate recruitment and development skills; experience analyzing traffic quality, managing KPIs, and optimizing ROI; English proficiency at B2 level or above.
