Responsibilities: managing a team of affiliate managers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance, working with partners, negotiating terms and bonus schemes, developing partner relationships, building reporting processes and monitoring KPIs, and leveraging your own network to acquire new partners.
Requirements: proven experience managing an affiliate team, an established Tier-1 partner network, experience working with global markets and understanding of regional specifics, and English at B1+ level.
