Responsibilities: managing and developing the affiliate team; setting goals and monitoring KPIs; hiring and onboarding managers; developing existing GEOs and launching new markets; organizing CPA acquisition in Argentina; managing key partners; analyzing traffic quality and performance; monitoring fraud; collaborating with other departments.
Requirements: 2+ years of iGaming experience as an Affiliate TeamLead; strong experience with Argentina GEO; an active partner network; knowledge of affiliate metrics; English C1+; Tier-1 crypto casino experience is a plus.
