Responsibilities: strategically developing the CRM function, designing and implementing the CRM strategy, introducing and enhancing gamification mechanics using Smartico.
Requirements: strong CRM expertise, strategic thinking, at least 2 years of experience in iGaming, knowledge of Smartico and gamification, English and Russian at B2 level or above.
