EverSky is a performance marketing team working with traffic and creatives in the iGaming and finance verticals.

Responsibilities: creating static and GIF creatives (Demand Gen, Kayzen), testing and rotating bundles, making reskins for different GEOs (language, currency, visuals), adapting creatives to platform requirements (Google Demand Gen, UAC, Unity, Mintegral), and working with approaches such as lifestyle, news-style, social proof, and education.

Requirements: strong proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, skills in creating GIF animations, understanding of composition and conversion-focused design (hero → trigger → CTA), niche awareness (finance/iGaming), and ability to work within moderation guidelines.
