Brazy is an international iGaming company developing products in the Gambling, Betting, and Gaming verticals, focused on performance marketing and scaling advertising campaigns across global markets.

Responsibilities: launching and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yandex Direct, audience research and segmentation, keyword research and negative keyword management, testing creatives and ad formats, setting up tracking and analytics (GA4, GTM, UTM, Click ID, Yandex Metrica, pixels), ensuring compliance with advertising policies across multiple GEOs, optimizing campaigns for CPA, FTD, deposits, retention, and other KPIs, and preparing regular performance reports.

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in PPC and performance marketing, strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads, experience managing budgets of $100,000+ per month, background in Gambling, Betting, Crypto, or Gaming, knowledge of GA4, GTM, and web analytics tools, understanding of FTD, CPA, CTR, CPC, and retention metrics, experience working with multiple GEOs, knowledge of advertising policies and restrictions, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
