Responsibilities: attracting and developing partners, working with offers and traffic, monitoring quality and key metrics, conducting negotiations, and scaling the partner base.

Requirements: at least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, an existing base of webmasters, understanding of CPA/RevShare/Hybrid/CPL models, and experience in iGaming or Dating.
