Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SMM strategies for LinkedIn, Telegram, Instagram and YouTube.
  • Create content, manage social media visuals and produce video content.
  • Explore new ideas, monitor trends and develop content formats.
  • Promote editorial content and work with affiliate forums.
  • Build and maintain relationships with conferences and media partners.
  • Handle incoming social media inquiries, including partnership proposals, collaborations and placement requests.
  • Generate ideas and develop plans to grow the audience.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of SMM experience, with measurable results and performance metrics.
  • Ability to independently edit vertical videos.
  • Excellent written Russian.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.
  • Experience using AI tools in daily workflows and the ability to critically evaluate their output.
  • Understanding of the iGaming and affiliate marketing industries.
