The Volleyball Women's Club World Championship is a prestigious international competition organized by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB). 2026 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship
The 2026 FIVB Women's Club World Championship will take place in São Paulo, Brazil, from December 8 to 13. The tournament will be held at the Wlamir Marques Multi-Sports Gymnasium and will bring together eight of the strongest clubs from different regions of the world.
Eight teams will compete in the tournament. They will be divided into two groups of four. After the group stage, the top four teams will advance to the semifinals, while the third-place match and final will take place on December 13.
History of the Women's Club World Championship
The Women's Club World Championship was first held in 1991 in São Paulo. After several irregular editions, the tournament returned in 2010 and has been held annually ever since, except in 2020.
The main goal of the competition is to determine the strongest women's club in the world. The tournament brings together winners and leading teams from continental club championships, giving them an opportunity to compete against the best clubs on the international stage.
